New Century Physiotherapy is pleased to introduce its new Pilates courses for Beginners and Intermediates running at Noak Bridge Hall or Hannikins Farm in Billericay by our full qualified APPI instructor.

 
Pilates is designed to give you a leaner, stronger healthier body that is flexible and pain-free. Over time, the consistent practice of Pilates can completely transform your body, give you more energy and greatly improve your health.

 
It is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that aims to:

 

· Improve posture, balance and coordination

· Develop optimal core control

· Create flat abdominals, slender thighs and a stronger back
